Refund and Returns Policy

At this time all of the Tractor Cats products are created by a fulfillment (aka print-on-demand) company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you as a customer ordered the wrong size, color, if it was a rejected gift, or you simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, they offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 25 days of product delivery. Please get in touch us using the form on the Contact page and be prepared to provide a clear photo showing the issue when we reply via email.

Please note: Refunds from them are a two-step process, first issued to Tractor Cats, then we transfer this amount back to you.
If there is an issue affecting multiple products which use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. There is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Please note that they/we will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color.
In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.

They request that in cases wherein a product arrived damaged, the print is wrong, there’s a quality issue, or a package is returned because of an incorrect address, etc, please let us know within 25 days for domestic orders or 45 calendar days for international orders so their team can investigate and provide you with a solution if applicable.

For returned orders due to shipping carrier error – a full solution will be offered (free replacement/full refund)
For returned packages because of the instances below, only a partial solution can be offered (replacement charged with a shipping cost or refund of the production cost):
Address is invalid / incomplete
Address is inactive
Address is vacant
The customer has moved, unable to forward
Forward Expired
No Access to Delivery Location (address invalid)
The parcel was not claimed
Addressee Unknown
Customer refused the package
